Our cancellation policy.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you notify us 24 hours or more before your scheduled pickup time there will be NO charge for cancellation.
If we are notified less than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time you will be fully charged for your scheduled service. Cancellation fees may be lowered or waived based upon specific customer and cancellation circumstances.
WEDDING CANCELLATIONS: Weddings are the only exception to the above terms. For all Weddings we must be notified 7 days before the wedding for NO charges to be applied.
CHANGES: We do not charge for reservation changes
DAMAGES:
Any damages caused to the vehicle by client or their guests, will result in a minimum charge of $100.00, based on cost of damage. Any person or persons that get sick in a vehicle also will be charged a minimum fee of $250.00 (final cost is charged when bill is received from detail shop).
DENIAL OF SERVICE: The Green Shuttle reserves the right, without cause, to deny service on any entered reservation as long as that denial of service is communicated to the customer within 24 hours from the time the reservation was entered.
OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY: The Green Shuttle, regardless of cause, will not be held liable for any costs, travel costs, damages or fees that exceed the fare charged for the Green Shuttle service.
